If you are not satisfied with our work, we're here to help. All payments made toward client orders are used to fill print jobs and/or to pay designer/developer costs for your work. Because of this, we do not offer money-back. However, your satisfaction with our work is among our top priorities. If your project needs additional revisions beyond what comes with your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail to email@example.com. All orders come with 2 revisions and 1 final presentation. Client's must utilize the first revision request to make all major changes. The second revision is for any last-minute details that need to be added and or changed. Once a final is sent to a client, the project is considered complete. Client's must contact us within 5 business days if there is a problem with our work. Failure to do so will automatically incur a $25 revision charge for any additional changes. Our work must also not be published via web or printed materials to be considered "un-used." Only "un-used" orders are eligible for cost-free revisions.
All details are supposed to be provided for us upon ordering. If we did not include any details that were provided for us, we will make the appropriate changes at no additional cost to the customer. Proof of payment and order details must be provided.
